Lunch
The local SCA chapter of the college will be selling a lunch for a small cost. You are free to bring your own lunch of course.
Feast
Feast is available at a cost of $10 a person. Pre-registration is available for both feast and the event itself until 03/18 (See main page for details).
The first course will be on the table. Warmed apple cherry cider will be available, as will water.
Course the First:
• Breads, Cheeses, Sausages, Smoked Meats, Pickles, and Spreads
Course the Second
• Hunters Stew (Venison, bear and beef)
• Rice and Lentils
• Mixed Salad
• Bread
*(all the provisos in this course, will be gluten free, there will also be a limited amount of mushroom stew available by request for vegetarians/ vegans)
Course the Third
• Sausage Stuffed Loin of Pork
• Braised Cabbages
• Mustard
• Apricot and Onions Sauce
Course the Fourth
• Bread Pudding with Sauces
• Honeyed Whipped Cream
